Job Specifications

• Creation of job orders submitted by our call center
• Assignment of jobs orders to service technicians
• Take incoming calls from customers
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and close sales
• Update job orders constantly and communicate any updates in the job orders to the service technicians
• Negotiate prices and close sales with customers
• Ensure active communication via online messaging system with service technicians and customers
• Solve any customer service problems that might arise in collaboration with the team leader and/or manager in charge

Requirements

• Strong computer skills are mandatory
• Fluent English Speaker (90% level at a minimum)
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and able to learn quickly
• Sales & customer service experience
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving thinking
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time availability (including Weekends)
