Job Specifications

• Take incoming calls from customers.
• Gather customer's information about the type of service they need
  
• Creation of job orders submitted by our call center
  
• Assignment of job orders to service technicians
  
• Answer any question that the customer might have about the service
  
• Provide the best customer service
  

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design required
• Experience with softwares such as: Illustrator, photoshop, premier pro and more
• Outstanding organizational skills, detail oriented, self-motivated, must be able to learn fast and work in a team
• Experience with copywriting and content creation
• Experience with web design is a plus
• Bachelor's or pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Creative and capable of working on different projects simultaneously
